second trip tp geylang but this time round with my family. as usual what else would we be doing other than eat most of the time. so we had our break fast. prior to that, i intended to buy my dearest mum a nice baju and ended up buying one for myself too. broke. my aunt and cousin came along and the were hooked as well. haha. what joy. but its really nice tho. unique i shall say. well gerard thinks its a wee bit 'mak cik' (aunty) like. hmm.. its nice. simple yet stunning. went around looking for curtains but so ex! shall shop around in ikea instead. bought my dad a nice baju kurung too. well actually its my mum who paid for it. hurr..
its kinda nice to walk around in geylang cuz most of us will tend to bump into people we know, whom we've never seen in ages. all mats & minahs, mak ciks & pak ciks - all the malays unite at geylang. at least for this upcoming festive season. three days ago, bumped into our old friend - mira & nizam. yup nizam was hasrul's bunk mate. well as expected they were'nt as friendly as they used to be. hours ago, bumped into my Sriwana dance friend. its nice to see them again actually..
oh well.. i can smell hari raya nearing. just can't wait to listen to the hari raya songs on air. brings back lotsa old memories. how sweet.

It is not time or opportunity that isto determine intimacy;-- it is disposition alone. Seven years wouldbe insufficient to make some people acquainted with each other, and seven days are more than enough for others. *FaeryVixen*
