Here we go again.. After so long.

Just overheard a conversation of a colleague's with a customer. There's one thing that I do not understand. Why do customers have this tendency to threaten to move their banking relationship somewhere else if they do not get what they've asked for? First things first, we are not a charitable organisation. We have to protect the customer's interest; otherwise they will come back and haunt us. Sigh. But what the heck! Do we care? We are nonchalant enough to simply say 'OK' when customers say they want to close account. Actually that was fun...

So to all readers , don't bother to threaten. Just go ahead and close your accounts.

Its getting more exciting as they day draws closer. Hee..

We sure didn't expect this at all. Not so soon.

A colleague and a wonderful friend. For those times that you kept our spirits alive in the office. Tho you were sickly and you were strong to endure it. The company that we will definitely not forget. Your laughter, your smile. For all the things we shared.

Now that we have lost you for you to return to Allah is a blessing in disguise. The struggle has come to an end. We will remember you and will pray for you.

You will be missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
